Appearance: High chromatic intensity, with purple and spicy shades.
Nose: Primary tones of blackberry, liquorice and violet, mimbres, virtues such as sweet spices, pepper and toffee.
Mouth: Kindly tannins, long finish, volume and great medium mouth.
Food pairing: To be paired with meats, roasted piglets and preserves. Ideal with Manchego cheeses.
