Like his older brother, Casa Do Sol, the wine "FROINA" is based on a reasoned and natural viticulture, where the most important thing is monitoring and work of the vineyard from pruning to harvesting. In warehouse, we work with the utmost respect for the identity and typicity of our grape, applying an intuitive and little interventionist enology. After the vintage and the selection of bunches, both made by hand, is done a cold film maceration, to enhance the primary aromas, which they are found in the skin of the grape. The subsequent fermentation is natural thanks to the use of native yeasts and their own.
What makes his older brother different is the selection of plots and how they evolve during the elaboration process. It also has a aging on lees of around ten months, depending on the evolution of the wine of each vintage and its own characteristics.
