Antonio Florencio, born in a little village near Seville, has travelled the world making wine in prestigious regions and for premium producers for several years before his love at first sight with a truck full of grapes inspired him to create his own limited production wine, Villa Iulia, a name taken from the roman name for his native village. He immediately knew that these grapes were special and convinced the farmer to sell him all his grapes for the next vintage. Working with stunning plots at a height of 700m with clay Sandy loam soils, his style is instinctive. He adapts to each vintage, to each parcel and to each curve ball that harvests normally present at the most unexpecting moment. A range of delicate and elegant wines that show just how much central Spain is changing.

TASTING NOTES Pale green color, clean and bright. On the nose stand out the aromas of tropical fruit and herbals notes with a magnetic intensity and elegance. In the mouth is balanced, fresh, long and great structure. Ideal for pairing with seafood, fish or white meat.

SERVING RECOMMENDATION Best served between 8 and 10 º C Perfect for any occasion as pre-dinner drink or with food

TASTING NOTE Pale pink color, clean and bright. On the nose stand out the aromas of red fruits, especially strawberries and cherries, with a good intensity. The palate is balanced with good balance and good structure. Ideal to accompany any dish.

TASTING NOTE Intense red color with violet tones and bright. On the nose stand out the red fruit and licorice elegance and great intensity. In the mouth is balanced, with soft and ripped tannins, long and persistent. Ideal for pairing with sausages, cheese, blue fish and meat.

SERVING RECOMMENDATION Best served between 14 and 18 º C Perfect for any occasion as pre-dinner drink or with food.
