This wine was created in conjunction with local farmers and winemakers and the Spanish Palate team, in order to bring this rather unknown region to the world. This is the region ́s superstar white grape and has been planted here for generations. Made from a selection of some of the most interesting vineyards in the region of the up and coming region of Manchuela. The vineyards are planted on the flat planes of Manchuela hidden in amongst 3 rivers that come together to produce a unique micro climate. Hot, dry summers with a gentle influence from the Mediterranean. Winters are also dry and cold. Most of the vineyards here are still ungrafted, unirrigated old bush vine Macabeoin sandy/clay soils . Hand picked grapes at the perfect point of ripeness.
